Onboarding – made easy

Our light-touch onboarding process does the heavy lifting for you – there’s no system to build, just straight-forward configuration – giving you a streamlined reporting solution with zero hassle.

Five simple steps to transforming your reporting workflow

1

Discovery workshop

A half‑day to one‑day workshop (under NDA) with key stakeholders to understand in‑scope reports, data sources, workflows, approval processes, and current pain points.

We then document requirements, priorities, and constraints, before mapping them to our Reporting as a Service configuration options and future‑proof solution design.

2

Data ingestion

Our team analyses your example data files, preferred sources, and delivery mechanisms and schedules.

Then we configure our powerful and flexible data ingestors, including validation rules and checks so that the ingested data is complete, accurate and aligned with our model and your reporting outputs.

3

User and roles set‑up

We create your tenant, technical environment, and user accounts, setting access rights and permissions based on roles and responsibilities in your reporting team.

User views, functions, and restrictions are configured so each person sees just what they need to manage content, approvals, and distribution.

4

Configure templates and distribution

We configure bespoke, branded report templates, page layouts and display rules, including dynamic elements, content variations, user controls and metadata for automated filing and search.

Automated distribution routes (email, SFTP, internal repositories) are set up with file naming conventions, batching rules, and storage settings in the document library.

5

Training and testing

Configuration is deployed into a pre‑production environment, where you review real reports while we support structured UAT and iterations.

We deliver training and familiarisation sessions so your users are comfortable running reports, controlling content, and managing approvals before you go live.
