A revised data file, an update to the written commentary, or a disclaimer change, are received after the client reporting process has started.

A few questions that may immediately spring to mind:

  • What exactly are the changes?
  • What’s the impact of the changes?
  • Which reports will need to be re-run?
  • Have any impacted reports already been despatched to the client?
  • How quickly can we make all the assessments noted above and re-run the reports?

Often the answer to all the questions noted above is to manually work it out. However, with our “content aware” reporting process, these manual and time-consuming activities are a thing of the past.  With Reporting as a Service any changes to content are immediately identified and the impacted reports in workflow are automatically re-rendered to take account of the changes.

Even completed reports, impacted by the changes, are highlighted to the reporting team, and with a single click allow the user to re-run the report(s).

The user dashboards provide a full audit trail for all the content updates and the impact on each report.

What used to take hours of investigation and manual re-work, is now fully automated and takes about 45 seconds from start to finish.

Problems of the past need no longer be a problem, with Reporting as a Service.

Oh and did I mention… it’s quick to set up as the service is SaaS and cloud-based, and it’s a pay-per-use, so you only pay for the reports you produce and store in the document library.
